Can you imagine???

"I want to run 2:50 at age 50.”

A marathon in 2:50, that is. That's a 6:30 pace. I can't run one mile at that pace, and I'm not even 30. But then again, I'm not Joan Benoit-Samuelson. One of the all-time great marathoners and pioneer in women's distance running.

The NY Times had a lovely little article about her today.
